Complex Construction

Situated just off of London's fashionable King's Road, this highly complex and demanding project involved the retention of the existing front facade prior to rebuilding the rest of the house.

Facade Retention

Proprietary props were used to support the facade and party walls while specialist equipment was hired to demolish the existing reinforced foundations and structures. The construction works included extending to the basement, side and rear of the property.

Interior Works

The house is adorned with beautifully hand crafted cabinetry and staircases, each designed to incorporate hidden LED strip lighting. Crestron home automation with smart phone compatibility controls the LED lighting, air conditioning and curtains, while a building management system manages the heating and air conditioning.
