Together with a strategic partner, we are working in the historic town centre of Romsey on the conversion of this 8000 square foot office space into 9 residential apartments.

Development

The works include the internal construction of a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom high quality apartments and sympathetic external alterations that respect the site's conservation area designation.

Interior Works

The scheme received planning consent in 2013 and the development is scheduled for completion in November 2014.
